A minimum of 2 Nannies at every creche

As a minimum, one Event Nanny who holds a valid 12hr First Aid Certificate  

Age-appropriate toys, games, craft activities and equipment, for children aged 0 – 12 years old

Wooden, Luxury & Pastel Toys, from brands such as Little Dutch, Little Stories, The Little Sensory Box, Rosa & Bo,

Melissa & Doug, Grimm & more

We require a designated room away from the main event with access to toilets and nappy changing facilities (a separate room, barn or marquee).


We are exempt from registering with OFSTED but we do comply with their regulations regarding ratios.


As this is an environment that is unfamiliar to the children and they aren't familiar with the staff we tend to have a higher ratio, especially if the children are younger.


We have a strict signing in and out system for all of our clients, children and visitors, ensuring that we know who is entering and exiting the crèche at all times.


It is therefore essential that venue staff are made aware not to enter the crèche area without informing crèche staff.

Creche Hours

Minimum Booking of 4 hours – This includes 30 minutes of set-up time and 30 minutes of pack-down time

Booking Fees start from £350.00 for a full pop-up creche.

Build Your Own Wedding Corner (Toy Hire Only)

Maybe you do not require Wedding Nannies or a full creche, but you would still like to keep the children entertained and occupied on your big day?

Why not hire our smaller service and optional extras.

Our Build Your Own Wedding Corner service includes:

  • Set-up, Styling & Pack- Away

  • 1 x Children’s White Indoor Tepee with Cushions

  • 2 x Bags or Boxes of Unisex Age Appropriate Toys OR 1 Bag or Box of Unisex Age Appropriate Toys & A Giant Garden Game of your choice (Dominoes, Tumbling Tower, Connect Four, Noughts & Crosses)

  • A set of padded or material play mats (Grey, Neutral, Black and/or White)


  As all requirements are unique, we offer a free bespoke quotation.

Booking Fees start from £150.00 for a ‘Build Your Own Wedding Corner’.

We do have optional extras available to hire, at an additional booking fee. Please contact us directly and we can provide you with our brochure.

*Damage/missing items payable cost of £50.00.

Wedding Nanny, 1:1 Childcare

One uniformed Wedding Nanny per family.


The Wedding Nanny will arrive at the venue and help look after the children during the day.

The Wedding Nanny can attend the wedding or look after the children at the venue away from the event (an area to be organised by the parents).

Minimum booking of 4 hours.


As all requirements are unique, we offer a free bespoke quotation.

Booking Fees start from £50.00 for a Wedding Nanny.

Evening Babysitting

One Event Nanny/Babysitter per family.

This service is available in local hotels & the family home.

Event Nannies/Babysitters will stay in the children's room or an adjoining room. If you do require the Event Nannies/Babysitters to sit outside the room, then a baby monitor and a key to the room will be provided for the Event Nanny/Babysitter to conduct regular sleep checks.

The Event Nanny/Babysitter can collect children from your Wedding and take the children up to the room, carry out the bedtime routine and stay with them, until yourself/the parents of the children return.

Minimum Booking of 4 hours.


As all requirements are unique, we offer a free bespoke quotation.

Booking Fees start from £15.00 for an Evening Babysitter after 17.00
