We require a designated room away from the main event with access to toilets and nappy changing facilities (a separate room, barn or marquee).

 

We are exempt from registering with OFSTED but we do comply with their regulations regarding ratios.

 

As this is an environment that is unfamiliar to the children and they aren't familiar with the staff we tend to have a higher ratio, especially if the children are younger.

.

We have a strict signing in and out system for all of our clients, children and visitors, ensuring that we know who is entering and exiting the crèche at all times. At larger events we may also use wristbands.

 

It is therefore essential that venue staff are made aware not to enter the crèche area without informing crèche staff.

Booking Fees start from £425.00 for a full pop-up creche.

Wedding Nanny, 1:1 Childcare

One Qualified, Enhanced DBS Checked and Uniformed Wedding Nanny.

 

The Wedding Nanny will arrive at the venue and help look after the child/children during the day.

The Wedding Nanny can attend the wedding itself, or look after the children at the venue away from the event (an area to be organised by the parents).

Wedding Nannies are to be within ratio and what we as an agency deem as suitable.

Minimum booking of 4 hours.

All Wedding Nannies are Qualified. 

All Wedding Nannies hold their own Nanny Insurance.

Agency Booking Fees start from £55.00 for a Wedding Nanny.

Each Nanny will be paid directly on the day, by the client at a mutually agreed rate.

Evening Babysitting

One Qualified, Enhanced DBS Checked Event Nanny or Babysitter, Per Family (up to 3 Children).

This Service Is Available In Local Hotels & The Family Home.

The Event Nanny/Babysitter can collect children from your Wedding and take the children up to the room, carry out the bedtime routine and stay with them, until yourself/the parents of the children return.

Event Nannies/Babysitters will stay in the children's room or an adjoining room. 

 

The Event Nanny/Babysitter will conduct regular sleep checks and they DO NOT use baby monitors at any point in your booking.

Minimum Booking of 4 hours.

Costing

As all requirements are unique, we offer a free bespoke quotation.

Booking Fees start from £15.00 for an Evening Babysitter, after 18.00

Booking Fees start from £20.00 for a Temporary Nanny, before 18.00

Each Nanny/Babysitter will be paid directly on the day, by the client at a mutually agreed rate.
