The timings have been spread out throughout the day to ensure there is around 1.5hrs in the morning and 1-1.5hrs in the evening to complete these duties. You could also condense the housekeeping hours to the morning only, as collection for the youngest from school is 5.15pm.

The hours average to 40hrs across the year. The family do go away 6-8 weeks of the year and only light housekeeping would be required within that period and your hours could be used as you wish within those periods of time.
