I got in touch originally before my baby was born, but in the chaos of newborn days I forgot to book a nanny for our wedding. I got back in touch fairly late but Charlotte was so accommodating and found us a nanny for our big day. I was immediately put in touch with our nanny Steph and we had an initial call to discuss her experience and the specific needs of my 5 month old reflux baby! It was great to have a video call early on as it allowed my little one to see Steph. I thought it would be useful for them to meet before the big day so Charlotte and Steph organised 2 visits prior so that my boy could be more familiar with Steph on the day. Communication was always so easy and instant, all questions and concerns answered and the pre-meets were invaluable. We were able to talk through schedules and Steph spent time with my boy. Fast forward to the big day and Steph was just brilliant. She jumped straight in to play with my boy, feed him, take him for a walk and get him to nap so I didn’t have to stress at all! It made my day so much better knowing he was close by but we’ll looked after. He isn’t an easy baby at all but Steph took it in her stride and looked after him for the entire day which isn’t an easy feat!! She was just brilliant and working with the agency was so easy. Can’t recommend them all enough!

Charlotte and two other nannies hosted a creche at our wedding on 7th August 2021 looking after 9 children aged between 2 and 14, with one nanny staying late into the evening to look after the younger ones while they slept and the reception continued. The creche looked amazing with lots of different activities for the children to enjoy - all commented that they had a great time. The parents were left at ease and able to enjoy the party with many commenting on how impressed they were with the professionalism of Charlotte and the team. The organisation was seamless. I can’t say enough good things about little steps, charlotte was just so amazing from the beginning. She and her staff did everything to ensure our son was taken care of and we were happy. We used little steps for both daytime service and night-time service, both were exceptional. I felt instantly comfortable with leaving my 16 month old with charlotte and her staff. I could not recommend Charlotte and Little Steps Agency enough. I recently had them for a wedding crèche and nanny service for my wedding and it was one of the best parts of the day. Cannot recommend enough. My sister hired the wedding crèche and my two year old son did not stop smiling the whole time he was with them.
