They work extremely hard at all of their confirmed bookings, whether it's looking after one little baby or child for the entire day or a group of children at our pop-up creche's. Their enthusiasm, pro-activeness, kind and caring attitude towards every booking is lovely to see.

I established Little Steps Nanny and Events Agency just over 2 years ago (pre-covid) and it has grown from strength to strength, winning numerous awards in 2021 & 2022.
Those who know me personally and to all of those other small businesses, you know it's not always easy and there are tough times, although awards and reviews like these do provide you with that motivation to keep on going and to know all those doubts and struggles at times are worth it.
